Located in Sweet Springs Missouri, a mere 100 yards north of I-70 there is no hospital in our state that is as conveniently located to the most widely traveled Interstate in Missouri as is our Hospital and Medical Clinic. With such easy access you can expect to be in and out of our facility within an hour and a half for DOT Physicals and within 30 minutes for a DOT Drug Screen under normal circumstances.

We have also added a Clinic in Concordia Missouri to make scheduling an appointment even easier.

DOT Physicals-

DOT Physicals can be performed both at our Sweet Springs Clinic located on the hospital campus as well as our Concordia Clinic located in Concordia Missouri. We have two Family Practice Physicians as well as a Nurse Practitioner that can see you Monday thru Fridays every week excluding major holidays. And unlike most Physician Clinics, Walk-In Patients are always welcome.

DOT Drug Screens-

Routine DOT Drug Screens are performed seven days a week excluding major holidays.
